Location: Tucson, AZ Pay: $18.00$22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This position is a combination of warehouse operations and customer service, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while staying active in a warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling customer orders, shipping and receiving, inventory, and walk-in customer pickups.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Assist customers with walk-in orders and pickups
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Receive, organize, and prepare materials for shipment
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Verify orders and materials for accuracy
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, customer service, or order-entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to enter customer orders accurately
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous inventory experience is a plus
