Ready to embrace your Wild Side?As a HomeTeam/Critter Control Wildlife Service Technician, you can expect to:Perform a wide variety of hands-on home repairs and wildlife exclusion work using common hand and power toolsRepair and seal areas of homes and structures damaged by wildlife, including rooflines, vents, siding, fascia, soffits, and other potential entry pointsUse handyman, construction, and problem-solving skills to develop solutions based on the unique needs of each propertySafely, humanely, and effectively manage nuisance wildlife on residential, commercial, and rural properties across ArizonaInspect homes and structures to identify wildlife activity, entry points, damage, and conditions contributing to wildlife problemsPerform trapping, removal, exclusion, and other wildlife-management services in accordance with applicable regulations and company proceduresWork with a wide variety of Arizona wildlife, including raccoons, skunks, bats, snakes, pack rats, pigeons, and other desert-adapted speciesInstall exclusion materials and preventative solutions designed to keep wildlife from re-entering structuresRespond to scheduled service calls in urban, rural, and desert environmentsEducate customers on wildlife behavior, prevention methods, repairs, and long-term solutionsDocument inspections, findings, repairs, and services performed accurately and thoroughlyCommunicate professionally with customers while using strong problem-solving and customer service skillsPerform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, entering attics and crawl spaces, using tools, lifting materials, and working outdoors in varying conditionsFollow safety standards, humane handling practices, and company protocols at all timesParticipate in training, licensing, and ongoing education related to wildlife control, exclusion, home repair, and local wildlifeThis is a highly hands-on position.
