Pima Heart and Vascular, part of U.S. Heart & Vascular (USHV), is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team in Tucson, AZ. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up.
• Manage physician invoicing and reconciliation for hospital call coverage and physician reads.
• Prepare monthly practice metrics reports and support ad hoc operational data requests.
• Coordinate provider onboarding and physician candidate interviews, travel, and scheduling.
• Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor/building-service needs.
• Handle mail, shipping, and secure routing of financial documents and payments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of executive, administrative, or healthcare operations support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and/or physicians strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with invoicing, reconciliation, and basic financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills - and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure.
