GEICO is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Vice Presidents leading Operational Shared Services and Claims Innovation.
This role goes beyond traditional executive administrative support. You'll service as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them stay focused on their highest priorities while supporting key projects, developing executive-level presentations and communications, coordinating leadership operating rhythms, and keeping important initiatives moving forward.

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative support including calendar management and meeting logistics/materials while also providing support related to organizing information, tracking follow ups and action items and helping with presentations.

Annual Salary
$25.95 - $50.36
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
