Ross Stores - 4425 North Oracle Road - Responsibilities: Provides visible 'command' presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor; Mitigates theft and fraud and maintains a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives
