Warehouse Custodian

Pay: $17.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Location: South Tucson
Requirements: 2+ years Custodian experience, Must be US Persons.

Summary:
Our facilities support sensitive engineering and manufacturing operations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment directly impacts product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is more than janitorial — it is a critical support position within a high-performance manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Janitorial Operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly production and office environment

• Perform heavy cleaning duties including:

  • Floor cleaning, mopping, and occasional floor machine operation

  • Washing walls, windows, and glass surfaces

  • Carpet and rug cleaning as needed

  • Trash removal, recycling, and waste management

• Maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces to company standards

• Monitor and replenish janitorial and facility supplies

Exterior & Grounds Maintenance

• Maintain exterior building appearance including sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas

• Perform light landscaping duties (weeding, debris removal, seasonal upkeep)

• Assist with weather-related cleanup when required

Warehouse & Operational Support

• Assist in warehouse operations as needed once janitorial duties are completed

Basic Maintenance & Safety Support

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as:

  • Replacing light bulbs

  • Minor repairs or adjustments

  • Cleaning and organizing maintenance areas

• Identify safety hazards and report issues to management

• Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

• Support audits and inspections by maintaining facility readiness

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to work extended hours when required

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening

• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  
  Qualifications:
