Banner Health - 3838 North Campbell Avenue - Responsibilities: Schedule medical appointments across campus coordinating with patients, providers, facility resources, ancillary staff, records, referrals, authorizations, and payers; Receive and initiate calls to/from patients, providers, provider offices and facilities; Receive physicians orders and effectively schedule and reschedule appointments, tests, and/or procedures leveraging electronic medical record/scheduling software; Provides patients with information, pre and post-test instruction, provides location of appointment and directions; Effectively communicates with patients, facilities, providers, and clinical colleagues to ensure an easy, empathetic, solution-oriented patient experience
