Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and contact customer representative to ascertain equipment/system problems; Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial applications (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps); Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operation manuals; Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain strong organizational skills and a positive attitude; ability to learn quickly; work independently
