divh2Door Picking Associate/h2pPosition Overview: As a Door Picking Associate at Krosswood Doors, you will be responsible for picking door units from racking using a sit-down forklift and staging them for production or shipping. This role requires a hard-working, reliable, and punctual individual looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and warehousing operations. You will be expected to work with speed, accuracy, and consistency as well as maintain a team-player mentality and commitment to safety, quality, and material handling standards./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliPick door units from racking locations using a sit-down forklift/liliFollow designated picking locations and staging processes/liliEnsure correct door selection based on work orders/liliLoad and unload doors onto carts safely/liliMaintain proper fork depth and positioning/liliPrevent damage during handling and transport/liliRead and follow work orders/liliVerify correct SKU, size, and quantity/liliMaintain quality standards/liliInspect doors for damage prior to staging/liliSupport throughput (TPUT)/liliMeet daily and hourly picking targets/liliMaintain safe and organized workspace/liliFollow PPE and 6S standards/liliWork cooperatively with team members/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMinimum 3+ years experience operating a sit-down forklift/liliAbility to safely operate forklift in warehouse environment/liliAbility to read and understand work orders/liliBasic math skills/liliAbility to inspect product for damage/liliStrong commitment to safety standards/liliWork well with team members/liliMaintain equipment properly/liliKeep work area clean and organized/liliReport discrepancies immediately/liliReliable work history preferred/liliStand for extended periods/liliLift 4575 lbs constantly/liliStrong communication skills/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliHard-working and dependable/liliStrong attention to detail/liliSafe forklift operation mindset/liliPositive attitude/liliAccountability for quality and output/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliFast-paced warehouse environment/liliHeavy forklift operation and material handling/liliPhysically active role/li/ulpCompensation:/pulliBi-weekly/liliPay: $18 or DOE/liliMedical, dental, vision and other supplemental insurances available/liliPaid time off, paid company holidays and 401k plan/li/ulpLocation: AZ Krosswood Doors/ppFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time/ppEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
