Senior A&P Mechanic

Join us as a Senior A&P Mechanic and help keep our fleet safe and mission-ready. As a leader in the air ambulance industry, we transport over 22,000 patients each year while upholding the highest safety standards. This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly supports life-saving operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance evaluations to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on complex or unusual issues.
• Manage maintenance activities at field bases, ensuring safety and security.
• Complete and certify maintenance reports in compliance with FAA and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records in RAMCO, including work packages and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee parts inventory and maintain required tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• 2+ years of experience as a certified mechanic.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Sheet metal and/or avionics experience (for roving team).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible/night shifts.
