The Service Advisor maintains the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs and best in class communication internally and externally.

Employee safety is a prime concern of RWC. This position is not a safety sensitive position (unless moving customer vehicle is required at your location) and may fall under the requirements of the RWC Drug and Alcohol policy.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a pre-hire drug and alcohol test.
