Home Care Association of America - - Responsibilities: Performs personal care activities, including bathing, shampooing, skin care/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, and dressing; Performs household services essential to health care at home (meal preparation/feeding, laundry, light housekeeping); Assists in the administration of medications ordinarily self-administered under RN direction; Reports changes in the client's condition to the Registered Nurse and follows Aide Care Plan guidelines; Documents care provided and submits documentation at least weekly
