Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial institution location.; Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and/or phone communications to help support timely dispatch of personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering details and relaying information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as appropriate.; Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to help support accurate documentation of security-related events and communications.; Coordinate routine and urgent communications between site personnel, building management, and/or responding agencies to help support orderly operations and incident response.
