Responsibilities Oversee all daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field execution Manage project schedule, sequencing, and ensure timely completion of all phases Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce accountability for schedule, safety, and quality Review and manage Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders Coordinate inspections, city compliance, and project closeout requirements Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce all safety protocols Collaborate with Project Manager on budget, schedule, and overall project performance Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost impacts Qualifications Strong experience managing ground up commercial or industrial construction projects Proven ability to lead subcontractors and drive project schedules in the field Proficient with construction management software for Requests for Information, submittals, and documentation Solid understanding of construction processes from preconstruction through closeout Ability to manage multiple scopes, sequencing, and field logistics independently Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands on management style Detail oriented, organized, and capable of making real time field decisions Interested in hearing more?
