What Youll Do Customer Experience & Sales - Lead by example on the sales floor with an Always on, Never no mindset; bringing energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction. - Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop. - Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
