Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain an Arizona license prior to the assignment start date. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience. Client prefers candidates with prior outpatient caseload experience including orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation. Experience with common outpatient equipment and modalities such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, balance and gait training, and therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) preferred. Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload and document per clinic standards. Start availability consistent with client request for a July 1 assignment start.
