As we continue on our journey, we remain committed to responsibly developing an organizationally healthy, diverse, and cohesive team of passionate immigration advocates.SummaryOur law firm seeks to hire a part-time, remote immigration attorney to oversee our Pre-Detention Representation (PDR) caseload. Over the past year, our removal defense practice—particularly our detained removal work—has grown substantially as detentions have increased. Many of our clients are not currently in removal proceedings but nonetheless remain vulnerable to detention and removal, as do many individuals in the broader community who seek our counsel. In response, we have developed a carefully tailored pre‑detention representation model designed to address each client's specific circumstances.
