Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and contact customer to ascertain problems; Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial applications; Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to manuals and bulletins to diagnose and repair equipment; Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and schematics; Demonstrate strong customer service and the ability to work independently
