The Director of Behavioral Health will provide overall management, leadership in the direction and administration of the Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority and Pascua Yaqui Behavioral Health Programs (PYBHP); oversees day-to-day operations, establishes sound management practices, and procedures. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Supervise staff, to include, prioritize and assign work, conduct performance evaluations, ensure staff is trained and follow policies and procedures, maintain healthy and safe working environment, make hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations, and assure that effective clinical supervision is provided to clinical staff. Provide leadership for the development, implementation, and management of the Pascua Yaqui Behavioral Health Programs (PYBHP), including but not limited to, Adult Services, Children Services, Guadalupe Outpatient Center, Methadone Clinic, Residential Treatments Programs, and Drug Court.
