Job Details

Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community. Responsible for assisting in unit turns to be new-resident ready. Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction, such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned. Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community. Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards. Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing. Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
