Tenet Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Remain at patient bedside at all times.; Remove visible hazards and/or potentially unsafe equipment from the immediate environment.; Accompany patient to procedures/tests/therapy as needed.; Promptly refer to supervising RN any signs or symptoms that may indicate a change in patients condition.; Assist in calming or reorienting patient in cases of agitation or confusion.
