Discover your future with us.As an Administrative Aide at Arete, your primary responsibilities include for all our Tucson offices:Monitor and restock all supplies.Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events.Keep common areas organized and clean.Provide escort support as needed.Provide general administrative support for daily office tasks.This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, part-time, temporary position based in our Tucson, AZ office. Qualities We Look For:Creativity and innovation in solving challengesIntegrity and responsibility in all actionsCollaboration across teams and specialtiesResponsiveness in fast-paced environmentsPassion for national security and excellenceExperiences and Background We Look For (Required Skills):Pursuing High School diploma or GED or recent graduate.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team.Advanced record-keeping and organizational skills.Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements.Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Nice to have (Preferred Skills):Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.The salary range for this role is $17 -$18 an hour; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
