Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Light Fabrication)

Location:Tucson, AZ

Job Summary

Seeking Mechanical Engineers to support NPI and CPI programs with focus on light fabrication design, system integration, and CAD modeling for heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design sheet metal, welded, and cast components
• Perform vehicle/system packaging and integration
• Develop 2D/3D CAD models (Creo, Teamcenter)
• Support DfX, FMEA, DVP&R activities
• Handle engineering change management and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Required Skills

• 4+ years in mechanical design (heavy equipment preferred)
• Experience in NPI/CPI programs
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on with light fabrication (sheet metal, welding, casting)

Qualification

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
