Now hiring Production Associate
Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) + Fridays (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

What It Takes to Get on the Line
- School Smarts: High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills and understanding of tools/machines.
- On-the-Job Know-How: 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Certs: Forklift certificate in hand or able to become certified.
- Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 50 lbs., stay active, and handle the grind.

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving
- Assist in production processes including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Follow SOPs and instructions
- Support production teams as needed
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or production problems to supervisors
- Adhere to call company safety policies and OSHA regulations
