ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches, and other electrical system components; Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment; Identify maintenance risks on equipment and communicate recommended corrective actions; Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for commercial HVAC systems, ice machines, and supporting equipment; Keep daily logs and accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
