Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following financial institution location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information to on-site personnel, and/or coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Document routine activity, incidents, and/or unusual conditions in dispatch logs and reports, helping to support accurate recordkeeping and timely communication with site leadership and Allied Universal management; Assist with coordinating the movement of personnel, responding units, and/or outside agencies as needed, helping to support orderly operations during high-volume periods, scheduled activities, and/or emergency situations; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting maintenance concerns, access issues, and/or security-related conditions that may need follow-up
