Humana - - Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to patient under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care; Consistently take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and recognize and report abnormal results; Assist in feeding patients and maintaining nutrition and fluid intake; Assist with patient toileting including use of bed pan/urinal and ostomy care; Document interactions with patients and care team to ensure continuity of care
