Ross Stores - 4425 North Oracle Road - Responsibilities: Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store; assist customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Help maintain clean and organized store by performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, replenishing restroom supplies.; Expedite newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandise items per monthly presentation guidelines.; Protect merchandise and maintain security by following MOS policies and loss prevention guidelines.; Maximize productivity by following store best practices and streamlined workflows.
