General Laborer / Material Handler/warehouse Associate

We are hiring General Laborers and Material Handlers to support a large installation project inside a fast-paced large-scale distribution facility. These roles are essential to keeping the project running smoothly and involve hands-on work, material movement, and support for the mechanical installation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and basic equipment to transport inventory
• Assist technicians with basic mechanical tasks and project support
• Remove tape, debris, packaging, and maintain clean work areas
• Unload, sort, and distribute materials to designated locations
• Support assembly teams by delivering parts and supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Must bring a valid ID every day
• Bonus: warehouse, construction, or mechanical assembly experience

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled warehouse
• Loud, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic
• 10-hour shifts, MondayFriday (possible Saturday OT)
• 1-hour lunch break

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
