Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with leadership
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes to drive high performance
• Administer employee benefits programs and analyze offerings to ensure competitiveness and value
• Develop and deliver HR training, policies, and leadership development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and consistent application of HR policies
• Reinforce company culture, support change initiatives, and continuously improve HR processes and systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading HR staff
• Strong working knowledge of HR principles, labor law, compliance, and best practices
• Experience developing and delivering training to managers and employees
• Proficiency with HR systems and databases (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
