Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including preparing clear and timely incident documentation.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, helping to control entry and/or exit while following post orders and location protocols.; Carry and maintain assigned armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws, while remaining prepared to respond to security-related concerns.
