Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Complaint Resolution Specialist to join their Customer Success Complaint Resolutions team in Tucson, AZ!
This will be a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer complaints for regulated products related to money movement. You will review and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while identifying trends in the complaint data.
