Under limited supervision and using independent judgment, the Administrative Support Professional will act as the first point of contact for the Office of Student & Academic Affairs (OSAA), organize professional events, and oversee all student-facing communication for the college.

As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will have a smile in their voice and support the Recruiting, Admissions, Academic Advising, and Student Success teams. In addition to these primary areas of responsibility, the position also oversees all student-facing communications for the college, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and strategically aligned. This will include maintaining up-to-date content across departmental webpages, bulletin boards, hallway monitors, email communications, and other student communication platforms to support engagement, awareness, and student success.

Outstanding U of A benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance plans; life insurance and disability programs; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; U of A/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; retirement plans; access to U of A recreation and cultural activities; and more!
