Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role at our store by ensuring that all customers receive outstanding assistance during their shopping experience. This position is responsible for:

• Helping customers load their purchases into their vehicles.
• Monitoring and maintaining the store entrance to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Keeping a sufficient number of shopping carts available near the entrance for customer convenience.

As the first and last point of contact for many customers, excellent customer service skills are essential. Interacting directly with shoppers and other Home Depot associates is a key part of the job, so a friendly and helpful attitude is a must!
