Local company located in Tucson, AZ is now hiring for a Picking and Packing Associate!

Job Summary

Responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. This role ensures customer orders are fulfilled correctly, safely, and on time while maintaining quality standards and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory according to order tickets, pick lists, or electronic systems
  
  
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment
  
  
• Verify correct items, quantities, and labeling before shipment
  
  
• Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
  
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors
  
  
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
  
  
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
  
• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20-40lbs
  
  
• Basic math and counting skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules if required
