Shop Helper

Description:

The Shop Helper assists production workers by performing general labor and support tasks that require less technical skill but play a crucial role in maintaining workflow and productivity. This position helps ensure the production area stays organized, supplied, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist production workers with tasks as needed

  • Supply or hold hanging parts during coating or assembly processes

  • Provide materials, tools, and equipment to team members

  • Clean and maintain the work area, tools, and equipment

  • Manually move freight, stock, and materials throughout the shop

  • Perform general labor duties to support daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
