The Shop Helper assists production workers by performing general labor and support tasks that require less technical skill but play a crucial role in maintaining workflow and productivity. This position helps ensure the production area stays organized, supplied, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist production workers with tasks as needed
Supply or hold hanging parts during coating or assembly processes
Provide materials, tools, and equipment to team members
Clean and maintain the work area, tools, and equipment
Manually move freight, stock, and materials throughout the shop
Perform general labor duties to support daily production goals
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
