Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and credit cards; Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and journal entries; Manage construction job costing and track expenses by project, phase, and cost code; Process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and lien waivers; Prepare financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, job cost reports)
