Atria Senior Living - Up to $18.54/hour - - Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities.; Clean public areas and residents apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.; Perform all housekeeping duties including distributing laundered articles and linens; changing beds; cleaning restrooms; sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; dusting; polishing metalwork.; Perform all laundry duties including washing and drying resident laundry and textiles, folding and/or hanging laundry, and distributing laundered articles and linens.; Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly; request maintenance work orders; maintain clean and orderly utility/storage rooms; assist with trash disposal as needed.
