Responsibilities

• Purchasing all food and beverage items for the restaurant.
• Stocking and proper rotation of goods (FIFO).
• Tracking all inventory items.
• Submitting proper credits for damaged goods.
• Reviewing inventory extension reports.
• Following through with proper inventory systems to ensure accurate end?of?month counting.
• Communications with FOH & BOH directors regarding new incoming menu items.
• Validation of expiration dates and proper labeling.
