Job Title: Production Assembler

Duration: 6 +Months

Location: Oro Valley AZ 85755

Payrate: $18 on w2 without benefits

Shift: 1st ShiftMonday-Friday occasional evening/weekend overtime. 5am to 8am start time

Job Description:

• Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard.
• Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
• Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards.

• Proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned.
• Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun.
• Lift and Carry up to 30lbs.
• Able and willing to comply with Drug-Free Workplace policies and pass all related drug/alcohol screenings.
• Able to perform complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operation.
• Minimal: heavy lifting from floor or higher, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting arms above shoulders, kneeling, exposure to excessive noise, hazardous chemicals, hazardous equipment, uneven walking surfaces.

• Education: Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment or completed OJT training for at least 5 products.
