Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the ins and outs of cannabis retail.
On any given day, you may:
Greet customers and create a positive first impression
Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations
Process transactions accurately using our POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
Support your teammates through clear communication and teamwork

At Nirvana Cannabis, Support Staff receive hands-on training across multiple areas of the dispensary, including reception, floor support, and point-of-sale operations. You'll gain valuable experience in compliance, customer engagement, and retail best practices within a supportive, team-driven environment.

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
