Deliver high-quality Livestream and In-Classroom training sessions up to 70% of the time Ensure training program(s) includes the ideal mix of classes to meet customer and market needs. Directly involved in the development and continuous improvement of new and existing course curriculum, ensuring alignment with Rain Bird branding and product direction. Set up and manage training events, coordinating instructors, logistics, materials, and technology for seamless learning experiences. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Rain Bird teams, irrigation contractors, distributors, landscape architects, and other industry partners. Represent Rain Bird professionally while traveling for training and events, Qualifications Excellent presenter and communicator. Undergraduate degree, or industry certifications with 5 or more years relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience presenting, training, coaching or teaching in professional situations.
