This is the fourth step in the Inspector series. Incumbent will apply a broad knowledge of Tribal Gaming Compact, Internal Controls and department policies and procedures. Incumbent in this class can expect to be assigned to any functional area within the TGO, including rotating job assignments; rotating shifts & varied work schedules. Principle Duties and Responsibilities May serve as a shift lead to staff, to include, monitor work, provide direction, and providing training to new staff. Monitor casino activities, employees, and customers to ensure compliance and accountability with all applicable gaming laws and regulations. Observe customers on gaming floor to ensure no cheating or illegal gambling activities; report violations as necessary. Perform regulatory inspections and reviews. Conduct investigations of patron disputes, violation of policies and procedures and/or violations of compact provisions. Conduct employee background investigations.
