Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Project Controls Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious construction professional with experience analysing cost and schedule in large construction projects or programs. This role is based in Tucson, Arizona. Responsibilities: Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase, historical cost data, and assist in the development of annual contractor purchase orders. Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software, for monthly financial reporting on multiple projects. Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management, change management, document control, etc. Manages monthly forecasts and cash flows, understands forecast variances, and develops monthly executive reports.
