Lead in overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Canadian GAAP and IFRS - Experience in Revenue recognition and Project Accounting and related compliances. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources. Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets (SOX)Collaborating with external vendors around Payroll, Travel and Expenses.
