Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Millwright to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and agricultural machinery. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems used in agricultural or industrial production (e.g., conveyors, dryers, mills, and related equipment).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete assignments.
• Assist in the setup and modification of new or existing equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Follow and enforce all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or Millwright certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Proven experience as a Millwright, preferably within the agricultural or industrial sector.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
