The Global Customer Support (GCS) organization's goal is to provide the field teams with tools, procedures, and training to allow them to support customer sites effectively and efficiently. GCS provides second-level support when field issues cannot be resolved and represents the voice of the field to our development stakeholders. This internship position is located in Tucson, AZ / On-Site. The Opportunity. The GCS summer intern will collaborate with team members to create support strategies and materials for the Roche Diagnostic portfolios new and existing products. This role will provide an opportunity to collaborate with development, operations, and global affiliates to create new content. Create service documentation for on-market products or products in development. Create training content for on-market products or products in development.
