Join Our Team as a Part-Time Contract Recruiter - Fully Remote!

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Recruiter to help us discover top-tier talent for our expanding organization. This is a flexible part-time role with the convenience of working 100% remotely!

Your Role:

• Engage in proactive recruitment activities to attract exceptional candidates through various methods such as cold calling, networking, job advertisements, job fairs, and innovative outreach strategies.
• Continuously maintain an active candidate pipeline to support our company's growth across all departments.
• Screen applicants using our HR system and ensure it is kept updated on a daily basis.
• Manage relationships with search firms to identify and recruit outstanding talent.
• Provide training to managers and executives on effective networking and recruitment techniques.
• Support corporate initiatives, including selecting new HR technologies, developing training programs, and assisting with compensation strategies.
• Help in revising and updating HR policies.

About You:

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success.
• Preferred candidates should possess a blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience in freelance or contract recruiting is highly desirable, especially for those looking to make freelancing a long-term career.
• This position averages 20-30 hours weekly, with hours varying based on business needs.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential.
