Irrigation Technicians assemble, install, and maintain commercial landscape irrigation pipes and systems. Duties include but are not limited to handling the materials for irrigation, troubleshooting irrigation systems and programming controllers. When not working with irrigation, Irrigation Technicians assist the crew in all aspects of landscape labor, including planting, pruning, and maintenance. They must know how to efficiently work with his/her hands and with tools such as shovels, rakes, and general landscape hand tools, plus assist in keeping sites clear and clean, weeding, edging, mowing, blowing and trimming, and perform a variety of other functions when requested. Hourly pay-scale is between $22.00 - $30.00.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
