Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who specializes in engineering and technical recruiting. This role is responsible for building strong pipelines of highly skilled technical talent and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top-tier candidates in a competitive market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands technical roles deeply, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, including software, hardware, manufacturing, automation, IT, and other specialized technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term workforce needs.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, networking, and technical communities.
- Screen and assess technical candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact technical roles.
- Utilize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring practices.
- Represent the company as an employer of choice in technical talent markets.
